Fire Bowl Cafe was founded in 1996 in Austin, TX by long time restaurateurs Daniel Pao and Gigi Lee. In 2003 Daniel and Gigi partnered with Anthony Miller, founder of Qdoba Mexican Grill, and Leslie Miller. Together they are focused on delivering the best possible dining experience in every Fire Bowl location and on growing Fire Bowl Cafe.
